How a hosting project is prepared
Start by sharing the exact models, quantity and condition of your miners. If they are already operating, include their power draw and configuration. This helps assess power, cooling and the steps required to receive the equipment.
The quote defines the proposed terms. Once you agree, delivery and commissioning are arranged accordingly. The start date must be confirmed for each project.
Power, airflow and ongoing support
- Power: check the voltage, draw and connections required by each model.
- Cooling: provide suitable airflow and heat removal.
- Installation: define receiving, configuration and startup checks.
- Operation: clarify monitoring, interventions and the procedure for outages.
Understand the terms before you start
An electricity rate alone does not describe the cost of hosting. Ask for cooling, management, installation and occasional charges, including their currencies.
The agreement should specify the term, any deposit, billing method, downtime, repairs and equipment retrieval. These terms belong to the accepted quote.
